Pilates Fusion

Based on traditional Pilates exercises. The class incorporates athletic training moves to provide a workout that will improve core strength, balance and flexibility.


This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow move to create a high energy, calorie blasting total body dance based workout.  Zumba is designed to tone your body from head to toe.

Hatha Yoga- Beginner 

Begin with basic yoga stretches and postures, which will help improve your health and well-being.  In addition, learn diaphragmatic breathing and systematic relaxation techniques to aid in the relief of physical and mental fatigue.

Boot Camp

A medium to high intensity muscle toning aerobic workout that uses hand weights.  This program consists of an aerobic warm-up, body-sculpting floor work, and cool down stretch.  Learn to use weights in practical combinations utilizing different muscle groups

Pilates Reformer and Cadillac Personal Training

An engaging and effective personal workout that is customized to meet your specific needs.  It will increase your flexibility, increase lean muscle and fortify your joints.  All of these help prevent injuries in everyday life. Provides an all around better feel of your body and mind.

Hatha Yoga- Intermediate 

Reinforce and build upon the fundamental postures learned at the beginner level.  Explore various relaxation techniques, breathing practices, start guided meditation and be introduced to basic yoga philosophy.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga 

Sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. The breath becomes an important component because the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.
